accessories and equipment are sold with full
manufacturers warranty. Audiyo Inc does not
offer any expressed or implied warranties
beyond those stated herein from the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for any consequiential
or indirect damages incurred from improper
use or handling (eg: static electricity, soldering,
shorting, etc...) No warranties apply if the
goods are in any way altered or modified after
delivery by Audiyo Inc or its carriers.
It will be at the sole discretion of the manufacturer
or distributor whether an item is to be repaired
or replaced . The customer will be responsible
for any shipping charges.
Can
I return items I've purchased?
Yes, but there are some
conditions. If it is a warranty issue please
refer to the above note under "Warranty" for
more information. Please continue below if it
is not a warranty issue.
- Before sending anything back you must contact us either via fax, email, or phone with the following information:
1. The Invoice
2.
Description of your product
3. Reason for return
We will provide you with a Return Materials Authorization Number after this information is provided.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any product at our processing centre without this number. Product sent without an authorization number will be shipped back to the recipient.
- Item(s) must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
- A 25% restocking fee
will be applied no exceptions. Please make
sure you are purchasing exactly what you
want and if your not sure please ask us.
- Products must be returned in original packaging else a repacking charge of 10% will apply. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and must be insured and traceable.
- It is the customer’s sole responsibility for untraceable and uninsured lost items.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for credit to be issued.
