How do you ship?

We ship via Canada Post (Insured) and UPS.
We suggest using Canada Post for orders within Canada and United States due to lower shipping rates. For United States and International orders UPS is an alternative option for speedier service, however rates will be more expensive.

NOTE: All shipments are shipped with Signature Verification to receive the package.  If you do not wish to have Signature Verification when receiving your package, please let us know in the "message" when checking out or email us at "sales@audiyo.com"

 

What about taxes, duties, and customs charges?

We cannot determine the customs, duties, or other fees that you may incur when the product enters your country therefore these fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal which will ship once payment has been approved. For Certified Cheque and Money Order please make payable to: Audiyo Inc. We'll have to wait for receipt of payment prior to shipping your order. All prices are quoted in Canadian currency.

How do I track my order?

Products that are delivered via our standard shipping method will have a traceable tracking number. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.  Basic International shipments will not be trackable.

If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?

It depends on payment, shipping method, and carrier that is chosen. If the product is in stock, orders will be shipped within 24hrs-48hrs (business day) upon receipt of order.

 

If and item is OUT OF STOCK when can I expect to receive the item?

If an item is not in stock after you have processed the transaction, we will then contact you by email with an ETA (estimated time of arrival).  Once you have been informed of the ETA of your back order item and you do not wish to wait, then you have the option to cancel the order.

Back order items will be shipped immeidately once the item arrives.

 

Can I purchase on-line and pick up my order?

We currently do not have pickup locations. However, this option may be available in the near future. All online orders are shipped directly to your specified location.

 

Do you ship international?

Yes, we do ship international from time to time. Please email us at: info@audiyo.com for a quote. Please provide exactly what you wish to order and ship to address for an estimated price. Please note: Due to our Distribution Agreements we may or may not be able to ship to your country. Please verify if there is a Distributor/Dealer in your area first.
